Dand L were fantastic. AC unit had stopped working over the weekend and I spent several days calling providers around Denver trying to find someone who had a service call opening. No one had anything for at least a week. Found Dand L and emailed them late in the day and they immediately responded saying they could come by that evening.Luke arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Fortunately it was a minor issue and we ended up only having to pay the service call fee. However I was very impressed with Dand L and will be considering them when we plan to replace our aging unit (17 yrs) in the near future.

D & L Heating & Air Conditioning Inc were absolutely and immediately on the spot and ready to go. Responsiveness was excellent. They knew what they are doing, so they did not have to waste a lot of time.

Everything turned out well.  Scheduling was easy, they showed on time, and they were friendly and professional when dealing with me.

It was done, everything went fine. He was good about calling and keeping intouch. He was professional respecful and courteous and thorough. My only complaint is that he oversold and didn't give other options to fix the issue. He wanted to fix the motor for a small crack that only required glue or tape. He replaced the air filter fo rmy furnace and he built a small frame for it. This wasn't included in what I purchased but he did it for me anyway, which I greatly appreciated.

Luke is very knowledgable and patient, taking the time to address my concerns. I appreciate how he walked me through what work was performed, his observations and recommendations to ensure the system performs at its optimal level. I highly recommend Luke if you are looking for an honest straight forward technician.

It went really well and I would use them again. They were very honest and weren't trying to up-sell me on my furnace.

Called and scheduled a heater clean up and certification as well as an inspection of 2 AC units that needed leveling for inspection items on a home we were selling.  Luke came out the next day.  We purchased 2 of the $69 deals they were offering as well as 2 certification letters.  Luke was prompt, professional and polite.   We forgot about the inspection of the 2 AC units which needed leveling according to the inspection list and called Luke as soon as he left.  He wasn't able to return that evening but Dale called and said he would be out the next day.  He was right on time and leveled the 2 units.  This is a family owned business and they have wonderful customer service.  Will definitely use them again and give them the highest satisfaction rating!!  

Luke did a good job so we had him extend & install an additional heat duct in finished basement.  I was happy with his work and will use them again for other work.  Polite, punctual, and did a good job

dont remember all the details- it was a holiday weekend...he came out-excellent service and then had to return 2 move times to complete job.

Luke called promptly after I purchased the special deal and was able to perform the service within a few days. On the day of the appointment, he was delayed because of traffic. I appreciated that  he called and let me know so I wouldn't be wondering what was going on. Too many times I've dealt with companies who give you a 2-hour window appointment and show up 4 hrs later. So, I appreciated his call very much.  He performed the service and gave me a full report on what he did/found.  I found him to be very professional and friendly. I would definitely call him again!

D & L repaired our Swamp Cooler and put in a new 1/3 horsepower motor.

We called D&L to help us with better heating in our cold basement. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They actually addressed the root of the problem (poorly designed junctions) resulting in an improvement throughout the house, not just the basement.

After dealing with substandard subcontractors and inflated estimates....including the original installer who told me I would need a new $6000.00 heater in 2 years; I came across this Father Son team who told me how by reducting the exhaust vent properly, the heater would probably last much longer and work better...less cleaning and resetting of the control switch. They did what they said: They showed up on time, charged me less than the estimate, and used a qualified roofing company to install and guarantee the roof work. I have their cell phone, home address and promise that if they will respond quickly to any problems. A++
