called for problem- took way to long from start to finish- months went by- Wont use again

They may do great work but I will never know.

If you can reach him, he used to do great work.

Shut hot tub down and technician said it had to be shut down for 24 hours and he would call the next day to have my wife go thru certain steps over the phone which would then determine what needed to be done next for repair.  The technician never called and my wife has since left several messages and has not received a call back.

Justin was incredibly personable, patient, and competent.  He spent as much time with me as I needed in order to explain some of the features of my spa of which I was unaware.  He asked pertinent questions and explained in detail what I needed to do on a regular basis to get the most from my spa.  He went above and beyond my expectations pointing out some things that might occur in the future and how I should deal with them, including pointing out where a fuse was and ensuring I had a spare should it blow out.

Great experience. Very professional, nice person to deal with, reasonable prices and honest.

Justin was very personable and down-to-earth. I really trusted what he had to say and all of the repairs he did turned out great. He had to do some extra foot work to get all of the parts we needed, but managed to find it and save us a lot of money. Some of the communication during the process of tracking things down was a bit slower than I would have liked, but overall a really great experience. I would highly recommend him.

Appointment was set up promptly. when he was planning to be running a little a late he call. /good customer service.

Hot tub just stopped doing anything electrical. Looked for the usual - tripped circuit breaker, any fuse I could see inside the enclosure, couldn't find anything. Called Crane on Friday morning, made appt for Monday morning. Justin arrived 3 mins early. I had a work teleconference so I couldn't look over his shoulder while he worked. Ten minutes later he delivered a detailed invoice, the old fuse, custom printed directions (in a space on the invoice) on how to find it when/if it blows again, and a happily bubbling hot tub. I'll be darned.

It was a simple fix. Replaced a wire that had vibrated loose and shorted out. He figured it out quickly, explained what happened and why, and what he was going to do to fix it. Overall, excellent service!

Fantastic service. Punctual, professional, used the best equipment (the "Spa Dolly") for safe transport. Explained a chemical regimen and helped source products I needed. MOST IMPORTANTLY: since hooking up the spa I have had problems with it. Justin has fielded calls from me and walked me through troubleshooting the spa at no charge. As a result he will be the guy I *pay* when I cannot do the work myself.

Crane Spa Repair is an excellent firm. They were professional in every detail and everything Justin told us first-time spa owners turned out to be right.

Justin arrived promptly, checked all the mechanisms to make sure they worked properly, explained them and cheerfully and patiently told us how to care for the hot tub.
