Concierge Remodels

We worked with Concierge on a basement remodel and decided to go with them because of their competitive pricing and way they made us feel during the initial bid process. They were very clear and kind, which was greatly appreciated, given that I had no idea what I was doing. The quality of the workmanship & the way they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met are what stand out most. We also encountered some challenges, and they were easy to work with and were more than reasonable in being sure they did the right thing. They promised me everything would be beautiful, and beautiful it was!

From the initial interaction to job finish, I was rather impressed. Gordon and his team communicated clearly and honestly about the process, worked hard to accommodated us as much as possible, and finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy with the final result. Would recommend.
