 + -1 moreMR. BURNS WAS PLEASANT, I HAPPEN TO BE SICK THIS DAY AND HE TRIED TO NOT DISTURB ME. HOWEVER HE LEFT AND I WAS STILL NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTER-NET, MY COMPUTER WAS STILL MOVING VERY SLOW AND I HAD TO CALL COMCAST OUT TWICE TO EVENTUALLY FIX MY COMPUTER PROBLEMS, AT NO COST.
Description of Work: MR. BURNS WAS CALLED TO MY RESIDENCE TO WORK ON MY DESKTOP COMPUTER THAT WAS NOT ALLOWING ME TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. HE WORKED ON THE COMPUTER FOR SEVERAL HOURS READJUSTING SIMPLE THINGS SUCH AS FONT, DOWNLOADING A FREE SOFTWARE CALLED AD AWARE AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT ELSE.
