In January 2006, my wife & I purchased a HP Pavilion a1230n computer with all the trimmings. We were assured there were lots of rebates. The rebates should have been over $600 & here it is 3 contacts & $200 in rebates later. It was obvious to us that the companies do not want to have to pay the rebates. A person has to send the same original PUC to 3 or 4 different places. That is not possible, they already know that. So it gives them the excuse to disqualify the rebate. We are not going to let them cheat us out of our rebates, so we are going to seek a class action suit. If you have been cheated our out your rebate, let's go after them & get what we were promised.

THEY REPAIRED OUR COMPUTER IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. AFTER LEAVING THE COMPUTER, THEY CALLED QUICKLY AS TO WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND TO HAVE OUR APPROVAL TO MOVE FORWARD.
