"First of all, please let us apologize for your dissatisfaction in our service. We are in the service industry to do just that, serve others in which we take great pride in. Please know that you could have called our office to express your concerns and we could have taken your odd situation into consideration, and in all fairness, worked something out with you. I cannot speak for other companies policies, only ours. Our licensed and certified professionals are paid by the service call, that is how they make their living. We do one hour windows for the convenience of our customers and when nothing can be done, as in your scenario, we still must charge our service call to pay our technicians for their time and knowledge.
