This was their forth visit. They have replaced the mother board. They’ve replaced the rear fuse twice now. And then the last time they replaced the mother board. They’re really good, they have a 90 day, we’ll come back and fix it. I’m just getting tired of seeing them. I can’t give them an overall grade of “F”, because I don’t know if it’s them or the d*m dryer. They came out and did the repair, so they’re holding truce. I had to replace the mother board the last time and then they charged me the time before and it was like $200 the time before that. It has been a progressive work. It broke again yesterday, so I called them today and they are coming out on Saturday. It their responsiveness is good. I don’t know if I would recommend them yet.

Parts were  going to cost 700.00 and not avalable.(we found all the parts on line and nowhere near that cost.)

He tightened two screws and say don't fix self cleaning over it won't last. Broken door switch that controls fan and lights was not necessary. Just use oven cleaner. Don't worry about the lights in the oven you don't need them any way.

I called on a Thursday and was able to arrange for a service call that Monday. The tech called Monday morning to confirm the service call window, and even called back when he was on the way. He showed up promptly, explained the problem (thermal fuse) and had everything fixed within the hour. I also really liked that the person I spoke with when arranging the repair asked for the make, and model of the dryer. This allowed the tech to at least have some common parts with them in hopes of making it a one-trip repair job that it was. Great job, very professional. I gave the cost a "B" as they charged for a service call and the tech's labor, which to me should've been one-in-the-same. However, I'm not sure if this is common practice for the appliance-repair industry.

The appt was set up through the claims dept of our maid service since their employee broke the dishwasher by adding the wrong kind of soap. Chris came out within the 1 hour window they gave me, called when he was on the way, and only took a few minutes to determine the problem and get approval to fix it from the claims company.He had to order parts, so a follow up appt was made by their office once they had the parts, and they arrived within the 1 hour window again. Chris stayed until he was 100% sure our dishwasher was working, and we will definitely call this company in the future.

It took two trips, but now our dishwasher is working fine. The first trip confirmed that the dishwasher had been leaking and the drain pump was running constantly to keep it from flooding. The repairman didn't have the part with him but was able to get it and come back the following Monday, Dec. 23. Our appointment was at the end of the day so it was not surprising when we received a call that he was running late. Luckily, we had someone who could stay. The work took longer than expected and he had to run out for another part. But our dishwasher works fine now and we charged in the range we had been quoted. 
Because we are located in an office building we had to obtain the proper insurance documents before we can have work done. The office staff were great to work with on getting that done. I would definitely use Complete Appliance Repair again.

Our dryer would not heat and we thought it was a heating coil. He came out, examined the dryer and told us that the dryer vent was clogged by a bird's nest. We removed it and other lint from the dryer and it works perfectly. He charged us for a service call and nothing else.

As I never heard from them, I called another repair service & received wonderful & very professional service. I'll never call Complete Appliance Repair again. I will recommend the other service to all my friends & family.

He is excellent. He is very responsive and follows up. It is his personal business, he cares about doing a good job and is very customer focused.
