Colorado Curbscapes

The work included a patio extension, 2 driveway replacements, new basketball court, patio expansion, front steps replacment, slab for a shed, etc. All the work was bid with Colorado CurbScapes being the low bidder each time. All jobs were completed on time, jobsite cleaned up and Rick Brown followed up to see if we were happy. Being in commerical real estate for 30 years, I work with all types of contractors. Colorado Curbscapes has been one of the best and most reliable contractors I have worked.

Rick Brown is the person I worked with. He gave me the estimate and sealed the concrete himself. I paid $1350.00. When asked about how long the sealant should last on my patio, Mr. Brown indicated that I should expect the sealant to last for at least one year. Three months later, 60% or more of the sealant was gone. I contacted Mr. Brown on 2/16/16 and included a picture of our patio. He replied to me by email on 2/17/16 and said he would put us on the schedule to come and look at our patio. I never heard from him again. I emailed him a second time on 3/6/16 and again on 3/16/16. I even reached out on their Facebook page asking for someone to contact me. No response from anyone at Colorado Curbscapes.
