Fine, until we needed the door checked (hard to shut on left side). Contractor (Tony) said he would be by on 12/07/21, but never showed up. He also did on leave any warranty information for the refrigerator. He would not accept a credit card payment. which is inconvenient in this day and age. Overall, slow to respond after initial services were performed. His phone number cannot be tied to his business, and there is no website to check the legitimacy of the business. Payment was not made payable to the company, but to the individual contractor, which was concerning.
