Ernest Cline and crew did an EXCELLENT job on our home, rolling a quality paint product! They finished the entire house in 1 day, and I couldn't be happier with the end results!!

It was a smooth project. Crew showed up on time. My house was beautifully painting and completed to my expectations. Earnest and his crew are professional and courteous at all times.

I was completely blown away by how professional and excellent the staff and crew were. There response time from getting the estimate and the constant communication with the salesperson and company owner prior to painting was top notch. They had a 6 man crew come out and hand brush and roll my whole home in 2 days! They didn't make me sign any contracts and they required no money down. I would definitely use them againg!

A couple months ago My friend referred me to "Cline Quality Painting" to have my house painted. I'm a very busy person so I can appreciate quick, punctual responses. I spoke with Marjorie, she was beyond helpful and very honest. She went through options with me and got the job done. I'm so glad I went with Cline and will definitely use them again!

Everything was done as we asked. The color, caulking, brush painting was great.

A 3-day project scheduled months ago was completed in 9 hours. Priming, sanding, and scraping which they listed in the contract was not done. They mentioned they would caulk areas of my home before painting but we didn't see that happen and unfortunately they sealed our $1400 Champion windows with paint that were custom made for us. We were also told in this contract you don't pay until the work is complete and problems solved, until I am 100% satisfied. Cline painters painted Saturday and when we discussed the contract, the owner said that is not what we do. I can forward pictures of the contract and our windows. He didn't want to hear our concerns, he informed my husband numerous times, before looking at these problems he wanted to get paid. As far as we are concerned, his contract is fraudulent and he is ripping people off. Live and learn I guess. Side note: We had no problems whatsoever with the workers and the person who discussed the contract with us initially. They all did their jobs and complied with what the owner advised them to do. The problem I have with is the owner and his integrity. He's not a man of his word.

In Nov 2013 Earnest (the owner), of Cline Quality Painting, talks the talk about the old brush and roll technique with regards to painting, instead of spraying. But when it comes to actually doing the work, it is a huge baby sitting job. We have brand new concrete patios, paint spills on them; brand new windows, paint all over; newer roof, they cleaned the caulking off of their fingers onto the shingles. The paint is already peeling off because they never primed or prepped the surfaces. We had to have an entire window frame replaced, because they decided to and quot;sandand quot; the paint off instead of wiping it off with a damp rag and it etched the frame. The county was called out by the neighbors, to ticket Cline Painting for dumping paint into the water runoff curbs (our drinking water). To top it off we ordered brand new gutters, prior to paint, with no discount from Cline's bid to paint the gutters, and they were unwilling and unable to match the color. We specifically ordered the gutters in a color that could easily be matched and agreed to by Cline, but when the paint dried it was obvious that the shades were never even close. Several painters have been called out here to bid on the failed work, they noticed the color variance and the unprimed surfaces right away . Now we have to pay another paint contractor to correct the problems. This company is a scam, DO NOT HIRE, they do not use the paint they claim to, they DO NOT stand behind their work. This company did not offer to correct the problems, did not clean the spills, did not clean the paint off of the brick walls, did not match paint, did not prime multiple areas, could not hold a straight line between colors, ruined window frames. Then Cline instead filed a lawsuit with the county and a lien on the property within days of his crew leaving. Our process includes: Replace any damaged or rotten trim or boards, Complete preparation work by filling holes and cracks, with only the best caulking materials, Final touch up and clean up.and quot; and quot;You donand acirc;??t pay a thing until the job is complete and you are 100% satisfiedand quot; Instead of correcting his issues, he had a lien printed up with him on the walk through to hand to us. Threatening to charge us $1200 more than estimated and if we refuse then he would sue us for $12,000. Cline Quality Painting is a scam.

We are 100% pleased with Cline Quality Painting. Ernest came out to give the estimate exactly when he said he would come. The estimate was very fair, especially considering the condition of our house. Our baseboards had cheap paint on them that had chipped away over the years. Now they look like new. All of our furniture and valuables were completely covered in plastic and safe from any disasters. The crew was very nice and very professional. They use high quality products and hand paint everything - even the ceilings! All of the trash/waste was completely cleaned up before they left, and they put all of the furniture back in place. Our house looks brand new again! We couldn't be more pleased.

I have always painted my own home for the last 30 years. I have become too old to continue so was very concerned
about who would do a good job. All my worries were erased when Cline painting came and used brushes and rollers to
paint my home. The paint they used was superior to the expensive Benjamin Moore paint I had used many years.
     They were careful with my house and did not spill paint all over. I wated a year to see if this paint is  holding up
and it seems to be holding up well. I will gladly rehire Cline Painting for future painting on my home from now on!

I liked them because their prices were reasonable and they got here and got the job done.

They were very professional. He was very clean about the work and didn't delay us. He let us have the leftover paint. He used all rollers, not spray on paint. I was very happy.

They did a fabulous job! His bid was very competitive. We have a fairly large, three story home and the job took them a day and a half. Ernest, the owner, was great with helping me decide the colors and was very responsive. We’re extremely pleased with how the painting turned out we’ve received all kinds of compliments.

The paint is awesome and when I found I had chosen the wrong color trim paint, he corrected it ON THe SPOT - right in front of our house and we got my error corrected at no extra cost.What a great work ethic! At the time we worked with Ernest, he had BBB, insurance and bonding.  And a great many references. All the painters were his employees and no day laborers.I highly recommend Cline Quality Painting.
