CLASSY CLOSETS

The install team called right away to schedule install, I was looking for a Saturday install, which they normally do not do, it had to take a few days and calls to get it worked out but I was happy with the communication. At last minute I ended up calling on a Monday to have the install done sooner and they were able to get me in Wed mid morning. The installer arrived about 15 minutes early and had great phone communication, as I was not home yet. The installer was fast, efficient, self sufficient, quiet and in and out. He asked if I want to keep the existing shelving and I did, so he carefully removed it for me. The whole install was about 30 minutes. It looked great! I have so much more room in my closet and it has made organizing so much easier. Thank you Jorge, Don, Jollene, and Matt.PS I got their coupon from the valupak in the mail and it was smooth, inexpensive (but quality work and product) and efficient.

Overall went well. I called the main company # and scheduled an appt with Designer, Rebecca Ryan to come out for measurements and ideas on 4/28/08. She then returned on 5/12/08 (she could have come a week earlier but I was not available) to show me her plans and discuss the contract and get a 50% deposit. On 5/14/08 Michelle, from the office called to setup my installation date on 5/27/08. The installers arrived 20 minutes late but performed the installation as planned, were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
