Do not hire this contractor. He is not a licensed General Contractor anywhere in the state of Colorado and is representing himself fraudulently. More details will be posted after our suite against Mr. Tessier and Classic Craft Homes is completed.
Description of Work: More details will be posted here after completion of our suit against Class-Craft Homes AKA Small Town Log Homes and Tom Tessier and Jan Harvey. Do not hire this contractor. He is not licensed. His scam includes a pointedly vague contract, asking for payment in advance of work and then charging above and beyond the contract price for items promised verbally but not written in the contract. Update: We won our small claims suit against Classic Craft Homes on January 30th, 2012. He has yet to pay the damages and we are taking him back to court on March 15th for Contempt of Court. In the interim, we have had ongoing contact with 3 other clients who have all been taken by this company. We are filing complaints against this company with the Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Division.
