CHAMPAGNE MOVERS

I used Larry for multiple moves. Unfortunately the last time we used them will be the last. During our last move we had a brand new sofa from Ethan Allen that was ripped. Larry promised to have it repaired, but never did. Then he promised to cover the cost of having Ethan Allen fix it, so I had them repair it and now he has gone dark and obviously isn't going to cover the cost of the repair. Suggest you find a different mover.

I have a lot of stuff, and a lot of it is big heavy stuff so when the truck pulled up and a young woman jumped out with sweatpants on that said "PINK" on her backside I was worried. A third person did show up, an elderly gentleman that was very out of shape. Larry, the fellow who's business it is did hussle back and forth filling the truck but they were not very careful with my things and broke a lamp (which he attempted to hide when it was unloaded), along with numerous other things I've come across as I've been unpacking. They knocked the daylights out of the washing machine getting it upstairs and I ended up having to call a repair man to re-attach the shock absorbers that had come loose. I was not happy with the quality of their work and how long it took. I would not use them again.

Hours late due to a mechanical problem with truck, I am concerned because I heard the same story from a friend who'd used them a few weeks prior. Once there, it took longer than I thought. Pricing was same as what had been quoted. Quickly responses to any requests made if something needed to be tightened, rearranged, etc. Would hire again.
