+ -1 moreHad a broken pipe in the basement. CRDN wwas called by the insurance to clean all the wet things. They took a lot of stuff. We had a lot of material and several quilts. the majority of quilts did not get wet. The material has come back and has been cleaned and dried. The quilt in question was "unsalvagable".
Description of Work: Insurance company called them after a flood (pipe break) in the basement. They took a quilt that was just wet from CLEAR water. It was in pristine condition. When things came back that was not included. When I called them that said it had been "Unsalvagable". When asked about it, I was told that there was green all over it, thus making it unsalvagable! Somewhere between my basement and their facility this quilt is stained with green ink.
