Centennial Collision Center

The shop could not find the part and would not follow up with us constantly saying that they still were working on getting the part. I took it to a competitor and they were able to repair within 1 week.

Centennial Collision Center was to have done body work (slight repair) to my car. A third party recommended we go here as they preferred to have the work done here and they were going to pay for the repairs. Work was never done.

Work was never done because Centennial Collision Center and quot;could not locateand quot; one of the tail lamps required to do the repair. My complaint was with Centennial Collsion Center and Dave Crowe was that communication was never initiated by them. I constantly had to call and ask for updates and he always had excuses in that his suppliers were not getting back to him. In my last discussion with Dave, he indicated that he was not sure that he could get the part. I subsequently took my business to a competitor with success.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the office, and the gentleman immediately looked at my car and offered to fix it for me for free.  Within 15 minutes, I was on my way.  I had expected to receive an estimate and an appointment for some time after the weekend.  I asked for an estimate to have some other minor dings repaired in the future because the repair work done today looked so good.

I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told that they needed to order parts, and it should be complete on Wednesday or Thursday after 3 hours of labor. Regardless, he told me he would call me Tuesday after ordering the parts to give a better ETC. After never receiving a call all day Tuesday, I called him for a status. He told me that he was supposed to get the parts that day, but never did and he was expecting them to come in the next day and my car should still be complete that week. By Thursday afternoon, still no call... called him for an update and he had just gotten in the parts and he was still hoping to get it completed on Friday. No call on Friday, so I called him again - my car would not be complete until Monday. Monday at 3 pm, I still had no call from him so I called again - finally my car should be complete. I am very disappointed with their communication skills, I realize that the delay in parts was out of their control; however, they never contacted me to let me know the status of my car. This made it very difficult to make plans for how to get to and from work. I would not use Centennial Collisions again.
