It went very well--there were some problems initially, as a subcontractor of Jerry's had put down the flooring and there were sections that were not adhered. However, Jerry made everything right and even worked every day over Thanksgiving weekend to pull up the non-adhered places and replace them himself. He was very pleasant and kind to my 3 year old (who had a lot of questions and wanted to watch) as well.
