I was pretty happy with them. They were responsive they came out quickly, they give a good job. The cost was driven by if we did upstairs and downstairs. I thought for what they did, it was pretty reasonable. It was a good price. They were responsive. They were very professional.

Overall I was very happy. She was on time and the carpets were much cleaner than before.

It was a pleasant experience working with Holly.

Holly is the owner and, I believe, the only carpet cleaner for the company.  She has several employees who help with phone and scheduling.  She is delightful, prompt, considerate, and quick to offer carpet advice.  I have used Carrington 2-3 times in the past few years.  One of these cleanings was after failed potty training and one was after a stomach bug hit my 2 and 5 year olds.  No stains remained and I felt relieved to have the carpets clean and refreshed.  The $155 cost is by far the least expensive I've come across!  I've paid over $300 for the same areas to be cleaned by Stanley Steemer and Coit.I guarantee I will use Carrington Carpet again....after all, it was a failed potty training.

I've not had my carpets cleaned before, but I've read you needed to have everything up and out of the way which I did. Most rooms were empty or nearly empty. She was early (very nice) and very pleasant to talk to. She got to work immediately and thought she didn't see any stains she couldn't get out. And while the carpet was wet, it appeared she had gotten most of them out.
However, two things disappointed me. First as I alluded to above, some stains after drying did remain including a spill stain in the den. Greatly diminished yes, but still quite visible. But what really surprised me was the debris left. As I said, I've not had carpets cleaned in the past but I would assume after cleaning they would be clean. There was hair and pieces of paper, game pieces, etc left in every room - especially along the walls. My daughter and I spent the next couple of hours after the carpets dried vaccuming teh floors. Perhaps my expectations were flawed, but that surprised me and dismayed me greatly.
The bill came to 249 and I tipped the invoice up to 300. I wish I had inspected the floors more closely before doing so. I would be curious as if other carpet cleaning companies leave this amount of debris (and yes, i did take pictures before vacuuming). She also wanted a check instead of being paid by credit card - yet another surprise as I was under the impression payment could be made via credit card. 
All in all, a most disappointing experience.

The carpet cleaner was on time and got to work in a few minutes. She made special accommodation for us on short notice and was at the house at 6 AM on a Saturday morning. The cleaning was okay and most stains were removed however a few were not and I was able to remove them later with an Oxy based cleaner.

CARRINGTON CARPET CARE DID AN EXCELLENT ON OUR CARPETS. I WAS EXCITED WHEN THE BIGGEST STAIN WAS REMOVED. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO MANY OF OUR FRIENDS ALREADY.
