CARPET MILL OUTLET STORES

We purchased a very good Stainmaster carpet with a 20 year warranty.  Initially I was satisfied that they were able to have someone out to install it the week before we moved into the house.  I was not impressed with the installers and I had to make them correct some unfinished stairs before they left.   A couple of months after it was installed I noticed that the carpet was bubbling in areas and I called the Carpet Mill to have it fixed.  They said that they gave the original installers a chance to fix the work and sent them out to correct it.  We have now had it a year and we just had it cleaned so that we can maintain the warranty (you must have it cleaned every year by a company they recommend to keep the warranty) and the cleaners noticed bubbles in the carpet and recommend that the carpet be fixed again.  I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this company!

This salesman Eric was recommended to me. I did not get a break down. I called Eric and asked for a breakdown, which he promised to mail me. He did not. I called and left messages to return my call which were not returned. I called Tom Martinos office and got a call and a credit.

The salesman told me to install the carpet after the Pergo floor. The Pergo floor took longer to come in. They wanted to put the carpeting in before the Pergo. I had to get someone else to install.

4 weeks to install from order date, sales person had no clue what he was doing with the paper work. Pre team said the floor could be prepped but on deliver and installation of carpet they said they could not do it.

VERY COMPETENT PEOPLE. THE SALESPERSON WAS PATIENT AND ASKED MANY QUESTIONS TO HELP US DECIDE ON THE WIDE VARIETY OF CHOICES WHICH CAN BE A DAUNTING TASK.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH PAM TAKING THE TIME TO SHOW US THE VARIOUS TYPES THAT COULD GO OVER CONCRETE. SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF SELLING US ON THE EASY TO INSTALL PRODUCT THAT WE ARE ALL HAPPY WITH.
