Carpet Mill Outlet Store

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T USE THESE GUYS! Carpet mills outlet 9086 W Bowles Ave. Littleton. Ron the manager did not return but one of the 6 calls I made to him. He would look up my hubby’s number and call him back vs retuning call to number I left with associate or on machine. Ron insisted “HIS team of installers” would fix the mess they made of a seam in our basement and instal new carpet upstairs. The installers are all subcontractors who work for a contractor Ron works with. The installers never get communication or instructions from Ron and have no idea who he is! Ron told me and I quote “move all of the breakables and if your headboard can be removed, remove it” The installers get her and refuse to do the work because I did not empty all the dressers, move anything under 45 lbs and completely disassemble beds. Ron did not return a single call! 40 min after installers leave I catch Ron (didn’t return a call etc) out right called me a lair. Said he “gave your husband all the specifics when he signed the contract on your granite countertop and gave me a check!” Well that never happened! My husband signed nothing was give no directions and I went into the store to sign and make payment! Terrible costumer service (especially if your a woman) and out right lies about having his crew instal!

We don’t like the quality of the carpet but we liked that they brought samples to us at the house so that we could participate in a big sale they were having.  The carpet doesn’t seem as well made as our previous carpet and it doesn’t seem to wear very well.

The sales help was not pushy, left us alone to shop, yet answered questions when asked. It was overwhelming picking out 6 rugs. Ended up with a sales person, David Lewis, who was great with helping us pick out colors and patterns to work with our furniture/room colors. Next time I need area rugs will go back to this store and hopefully find David to help.
