What a great experience!
I was getting our new office ready to occupy and the last step was to set up the network. Because of numerous mistakes by the telephone company, I was already several days late so I was feeling a lot of pressure.
I was referred to Josh by the wiring specialist (NOT the telephone company installer) who set up all of the telephone and network cabling for our office. Within an hour, Josh called me back. I had planned to do the work myself, but I had to go out of town and needed the work done as soon as possible. Josh was able to come to the office the next day, and he showed up right on time.
He said it would take between 2 and 4 hours, but he got everything completed in 2 hours. I had left a wireless modem and a switch for him to install, but he said they weren't right for our configuration. In addition to the DSL modem, which had wireless capabilities already, we only needed a switch. He had a spare switch, so he installed that. I had left patch cables for him to install at every desk so he could test the network, but my cables were too short for a couple of the desks and once again, he had brought longer cables that he installed himself. That was very considerate.
When we discovered that the internet dropped out when a phone call came in, Josh knew exactly what to do. (And it wasn't his fault -- the telephone company installer did not install the line filter properly.)
Josh kept me informed at every step of the process, and he gave me absolute confidence that the work was done right. He threw in the switch and cables as part of the deal, so the price was a bargain.
Although I could have done the work myself, it would have taken me a lot longer and I would have had another two or more days' delay to get the correct switch and cables. I am so glad that I had to go out of town. Our office opened the following day.

I contacted Josh over a month ago to help me solve the problems I was having with my laptop. I had previously taken my computer to the GEEK Squad at Best Buy with the same issues and was disappointed to later discover these issues were not resolved.  I was thrilled that Josh made house calls! I was able to sit down and show him exactly what was causing the thorn in my side, which was beneficial to both of us. Not soon after he fixed my laptop (within a week), my desk top caught a nasty virus, thus bringing all family computer time to a complete halt.  Unfortunately this virus was not repairable, therefore needing a complete re-install of my operating system.  Josh did an amazing job of getting my computer up and running again in no time, cleaning out all unnecessary files and overall optimizing its performance. 

 Josh is very professional, honest, friendly and knowledgable in his line of expertise. His prices are more than reasonable and guarantees all his work. In both situations, he followed up within a few days to ensure my computer(s) were operating to my satisfaction.
