The original scope of our project was to re-landscape a portion of our front yard. After an initial meeting with Carole, we asked her for a plan that included our entire yard. The process took several months due to our schedules and questions. Carole was very responsive and open to revisions. She was also very professional and guided us well. We didn't start the project until months later and Carole followed through with questions and consultations as the installation of the work was done. I have since contacted her with questions and concerns and she has continued to be responsive.
