They always treated me well, but when we found out they were adding 10% for MSRP I started going elsewhere.

RECEIVED MY VEHICLE AFTER 2 OR 3 DAYS. AFTER WORK HAD BEEN PERFORMED, VEHICLE EXHIBITED THE SAME SYMPTOMS. ADDITIONALLY, THE TRANSMISSION WAS NOT SHIFTING & EVENTUALLY DROPPED THE FLUID. WHEN I CALLED BURT, THEY STATED THAT SOMETIMES AFTER A TUNEUP, THAT TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS MAY ARISE DUE TO MORE OPTIMUM ENGINE PERFORMANCE. NO ADDITIONAL INVESTIGATION WAS OFFERED. I JUNKED THE VAN. I WOULDN'T USE THE SERVICE AT BURT AGAIN, AND WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER GM PRODUCT.
