These people sent out a brain-damaged workman (he told me so) who dropped screws and plaster down the drain in new shower causing my bathroom to back up into the entire house. Workman cut unnecessary holes through finished walls, damaged my furniture and left sloppy, thick, irregular grout throughout the new shower. Management is irresponsible, would rather argue than problem solve. Won't honor their warranty. Facts are facts, not opinion. NEVER tried to contact me to resolve the above issues after I brought them to his attention. I would not leave such a scathing review if he had. It was not a septic issue, it was a clogged drain: $255! Find someone else. Anyone else.

This was a great experience because of the end result and the people that did it. We love our master bathroom remodel and our kids bathroom remodel. Christophe and Jeffrey were kind, professional and very professional in our remodel. They made the experience enjoyable and will be recommending them to do our neighbors as they also loved the result. All Christophe and Jeffrey wanted to do was make our bathroom remodel perfect and said yes to everything and had great design suggestions as well. They showed up every day on time and had amazing communication with us. Great work by great people, what else could you ask for!

I rarely write reviews but this overall experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. This company was recommended to me by a co-worker who had work done to their master bathroom. From the moment Stephen came and gave a quote to the moment of completion, my expectations were met or exceeded. Stephen gave a comprehensive quote on the spot which is refreshing as you don't know these days how long it might take to get a quote or if you'll get one at all. After I accepted their quote, they started on the exact day they said they would. Jeffrey was the absolute best and his quality of work is unsurpassed. He was kind, considerate, and truly took my mid-80 year old parent's wishes and desires into consideration. He listened and was considerate of my Mom's desires. It was so much more than I could have asked for these days. Dana, as a project manager, was exceptional and went far beyond anything I could have expected. He went so far above if I had jumped I couldn't have touched him. The most important and most singular quality every single person I worked with exemplified was they LISTENED. From Andy the owner to Stephen the consultant to Jeffrey who did the work to Dana who brought everything home to perfection. It's refreshing to find a company who cares and they certainly do. Let this act as my personal thank you to each and every one of you.

Absolutely amazing work! Could not be more thrilled with our new master bath. From Andy (the owner) to Chris (our designer) to Josh (the guy who did absolutely ALL the work) we were so pleased with every step. They completed the work on time and on budget, and were a joy to work with. Would 100% hire them again and recommend to all my friends.

Build a Bath and the crew were amazing! Very professional, polite, and reliable. Robert was amazing to work with and made the process very easy and professional. With 2 kids and working at home they made it very easy with the hours they kept and respect for our home. They were ALL amazing.

Andy & Zach showed up early and on time. Zach did an amazing job keeping everything clean and organized in a small space. The finished bathroom is beautifully!!! I would absolutely hire them again.

I live in a condo with two bathrooms which have both shower stalls. I wanted to replace both shower stalls. Andy presented to me his proposal, assured me his crew was very professional, had the talent and the skill & knowledge to make this project progress smoothly and for efficiently within the scheduled deadline. I have never had interior remodeling done before so I did not know what to expect. However Steve, Roger, Guy, plumbers, and Andy did a wonderful job overall. The mess from shower demolition out of old shower and hardware was done with minimal mess! These guys were very professional, courteous, nice, hard-working, communicated very well as to the daily activities, When they were leaving when they were going to come back, as to when you’re taking their breaks or having their lunch. They did daily cleanup every day. These guys worked hard every day and we’re not slackers !! The project was completed in the timely manner as Andy had stated in the initial proposal, the tile layout, design for my glass panel instead of shower door, the new shower & bath hardware, vanity replacement - all resulted overall Making my bathrooms beautiful!!! I am thrilled with the job Andy and his crew did for me! I love, love my bathrooms now!! would hire them again!!

We had a great experience. All the work was done in the time estimated and we are so happy with everything. The professionalism of everyone was wonderful. We would definitely call Andy again if we need anything in the future.

We used this company three times. Each time, the company provided high quality work, was very reliable, and completed the projects on time. The owner was very knowledgeable, provided fair estimates, and was responsive. I highly recommend their work.

Excellent! Andy and his team were polite, professional, always on time and absolutely great about cleaning up at the end of every day and upon completion of the project.

We have really bad luck with contractors but they did really well. They were respectful, made sure they were closing doors etc, courteous, and they did a good job.
