In the process, he broke one of the infrared receivers. He ordered a replacement part, but didn't return for two weeks. When he did come back, he had the wrong part. We did all of the legwork from then on...calling the manufacturer. The correct part was available for purchase by an account holder. Bruce promised to follow up and purchase the part to fix the problem, but never did. He then charged us for the minor amount of work that he completed prior to breaking our blinds! We subsequently opened our own account with the manufacturer, purchased the replacement parts and had them shipped to us. We then had to pay another vendor to install them. Now we are out the expense of the parts, labor to install them and the money that we paid him! Emails and phone messages left for Bruce were completely ignored. A complaint filed with the Budget Blinds company went completely ignored.
