Jim was thorough and timely and very easy to work with. He made it a very easy, enjoyable experience. It was a relatively small crew that was there throughout the remodel and I was very comfortable having them in my house. They were always on time and did a great job. Family-owned company and Jim's son works with him.

He was amazing.  I have to tell you.  He was truly the best, unbelievable, no problems, nothing, it was just a great experience all around.  If there were two of him he could do a lot more basements because everything he said was true and it was amazing.  It was an amazing project.  It was just an amazingly smooth project and he obviously knows what he's doing.  And did it.  He came over when we contacted him and made an appointment.  He was there on time.  He had ideas and he had a vision and he just was like this all around great guy.  But he wasn't like a schmoozer, saying yes to everything we asked so he could get the business. If we had an idea that he didn't necessarily fit he wouldn't just say I'm not going to do that, he would discuss it with us, and say I don't think that's going to work how about we do this.  And then we would take  that into consideration.  It's a basement with a lot of bookshelves.  I don't have a built in kitchen or anything. But it's absolutely beautiful.  It turned out absolutely beautiful.

They were very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Their pricing was very competitive. I was satisfied with their service.

Excellent, close supervision by an assigned foreman, frequent visits by owner, has their own showroom for material selection.
