WHEN THE BLINDS ARRIVED, THE METAL PARTS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE BLINDS WERE AWFUL COLORS...THEY DIDN'T GO WITH THE BLINDS AT ALL. WHILE WE WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING THE COLOR OF THE BLINDS, IT DIDN'T EVEN OCCUR TO US THAT THE METAL PARTS WOULD BE SUCH AWFUL COLORS. AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS TO PAULETTE BALLANTYNE, WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO GET BLINDS THAT WERE NOT SO HORRIBLE. IN TWO OF OUR BEDROOMS WE ORDERED THE CORDLESS BLINDS AND IN BOTH ROOMS THE BLINDS ARE NOW BROKEN AFTER MINIMAL USE...THEY DON'T GO UP OR DOWN.
