Property Management
Leasing Agent. Very unresponsive, it would take days for a response and that's if they ever responded. Some maintenance items were never fixed, and even the major items would take days, and lots of follow up. Nice people, but the lack of responsiveness made for a very frustrating experience.

Blue Apple has been our property managers for 3 years now and have been great to work with. They handle all the management of our 2 properties for a reasonable fee and make it easy to get renters in and then they deal with the paperwork, repair calls and the repairs making it easy for us to rent both properties
