Black Rock did a great job on our 1,400sq/ft basement, they helped us stay within our budget and gave many options and advice on the work. It was a big job and was done real well, their strength is tile, mill, framing, plumbing and electrical work. At the end of the day these guys did what they said they would do for the price quoted, what else can you ask for!

STAY AWAY! Unless you like managing your own project, having incorrect information provided to the people performing the work, and never receive and invoice. The quality of at the work completed is excellent but it was not completed by Black Rock Construction, it was completed by a third party hired by Black Rock Construction. Jason is very unprofessional.

I will hiring again

Installed a new window. Cut hole in wall and added window. All the work was done properly and professionally. Followed through when some touch up was needed. I just wish the window could have been the exact same as the existing ones.

Jason was great. We need quick turn around because the work was part of a home inspection resolution. He looked at the work to be done the same day I called him, let me know what the issues were and got it repaired in under a week.

Jason and Art did the project to cost in a professional and timely manner. Project was tear down and removal of an existing deck and patio cover along with required roofing repair. Workmanship was excellent and they were both friendly and personable gentlemen. Highly recomended

Jason Chaney & Art were very Professional, efficient, personable, prompt, cleaned up after their work and easy to communicate with. I hired them to install a brand new Granite Countertop, Traveteen/Stone Glass back splash & replace some broken tiles in My kitchen. They also did a variety of odd jobs that were missed/not completed from the previous company that I hired to remodel My kitchen 2 months prior. I wished I would have known about Jason & Black Rock before I did My initial kitchen remodel. I will definitely refer them and use them for other future remodel projects I plan to do.

Jason came to my house and repaired my front door in a timely manner, and did a decent enough job - the dead bolt works smoothly now, and he adjusted the threshold. The job required some touch up painting when it was finished, which he did not do, and did not ask if I had touch up paint he could use, (which I did). He needed to use some of my tools to do the job, and did not clean up well after finishing. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with the work, but felt he could have taken a little extra time to do a more professional job. I'm not sure I would hire him again. I can recommend him only with some reservations.

Jason at Black Rock was a fast but thorough worker. He was able to complete a variety of odd jobs around my house, from vanity and sink installation, kitchen island installation and installation of light fixtures. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the work and gave me a very fair price for his time and expertise.

Jason did a great job working on a portion of my front door panel that was hard to find a part for. He searched, found the part, replaced it promptly, and did a great job. He also fixed a few other odds and ends around the house the same visit! I would hire him again.

Able to install grab bar in bathroom the next day after call; very sturdy. Jason was very efficient and did quality work. Would use him again.

Jason was prompt in returning my call and prompt in scheduling service. He is professional and works efficiently. We will definitely schedule other projects/repairs with him in the near future!

Installation was great. I even helped. I would recommend having a bucket to attach to the ladder to hold all his tools...or maybe a belt. I will def use them again as I will have more projects down the road.

I was very happy with the service that was provided and have already given his name to a couple of my neighbors and my banker. I had a problem with something that he had fixed and I called Jason back and he came out promptly, took one look at the problem and said "you are right" and he immediately fixed the problem and did not charge. He also was on time and was very tidy.

The job was done very quickly and he even fixed a door problem my mom was having for free.

Jason was on-time, courteous, and straight forward with his assessment of how to handle the repairs we needed. His quote was very reasonable and we had no hesitation hiring him. Because our job required a little more expertise in gutter work, he brought in a group of reliable fellow contractors to finish the job but didn't charge us a penny more. The work was done quickly and professionally without any problems. We'll definitely keep his number on hand for future odd jobs!
