"This started as a very small project that I went out to personally to handle, which should have take a couple hours, as we have several larger jobs going at the same time. The job became much larger. I did have my teenage daughter assist me, as she is learning the ropes of our family business. Since the job was not scheduled for a larger project, there was an issues on timeliness and I am sorry to our customer for that. The original invoice was higher than the amount charged, we did give a discount. I revised the invoice on Aug 20th, however, I made an the error and the customer did not recieve it. I sent it to the customer this morning and apologized for the mistake. In regards to the 5% discount, I was not aware of the discount at the time nor do I recall it ever been mentioned to me. We will honor any Bighorn Bros discount to every customer that has one. The gate was not a part of the original project so I did advise the customer we would have to schedule it. I called and emailed the customer early this week to fix her gate and the customer declined and did not mention any of her issues. We are more than happy to address the customer issues in an effort to make our customer satisfied. We take pride in hororing our name and quality work."
