THE OWNER HAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HABITS, FOR EXAMPLE, HE RESPONDED TO CALLS QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VARIOUS TYPES OF MATERIALS AND THEIR PROS AND CONS.
