I have actually used Dean 4 times now, for my condo in 2009, for my husband and I's condo in 2010, and then for 2 different homes in the past 2 months that we were under contract for.
Dean is WONDERFUL. He is extremely professional, responsive, honest, and a gentlemen. Dean inspects homes with an incredible eye for detail, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is inspected correctly. He then writes out an extremely detailed inspection report, which outlines problems and issues, as well as the general condition of items. The last inspection report we received from him was 55 pages- a very thorough and detailed review of a house we were wanting to purchase. His fee is $295 with an additional fee if you want a radon test. I will continue to use him as long as he continues to do home inspections!

Dean inspected our home when we were considering buying it. He was very thorough, provided excellent advice, and gave us suggestions on how to repair various parts of the home. All of our questions were answered clearly. His humor and friendliness made a possible stressful experience enjoyable.
