BANNER GLASS

I looked up glass repair on Angie's List after having an awful back and forth from a person on home advisor.com. After a brief conversation on the phone they gave me an estimate and told me it would take a few days. When the appt time came, the service tech was punctual and professional. He ended up fixing the window in less than half an hour in the bitter cold and it ended up being cheaper then the estimate! I would use Banner Glass again in a heartbeat!

They responded to my call right away, came to measure and provided an estimate within days.
Their price was the best one and unlike others, their employees did not come with their pants down, showing their underwear and their cracks!

I was referred to Banner Glass for a glass shower door, they also re-cut two bathroom mirrors.  The shower door is beautiful and the installation was done quickly and professionally.  I would definitely recommend Banner Glass, they are great.

Excellent, finally found a glass company that we can rely on to do a quality job!
We had been dealing with a leaking shower and had the shower tore out and refinished.  Banner Glass was the company we chose to have the glass enclosure removed and re-installed.  They came out to the house 3 times, once to remove the glass pieces, once to measure once the shower was completed and finally to install.  The guys were always on-time, pleasant and professional.
Banner Glass far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for this small job.

They were not too expensive though and they did the job.  So I was happy that the first time my contractor broke the window and second time the tenant broke the window but they both used the same provider.  The price was very reasonable. They installed the kind of glass that one could not see through, because it was for a bathroom.  So I guess they fixed one on both sides now, one in the station area also.  They did both those now.  I was not even there.  The first time the contractor took care of it and the second time the tenant took care of it.  I did not pay either time but it was roughly $100 both times.  I think that was pretty reasonable.  Any company that come out actually do some work and provide the material for $100.  Probably I would use them in the future.

Other than price (which is what they told me it would be) this is a company that says what it does and does what it says. They did give me 4 little hardware pieces I needed and otherwise would have had to pay or go to one of the big boxes to get.

THE GUY CAME TO MEASURE MY SHOWER THE SAME DAY I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A CUSTOM SHOWER DOOR. HE BROUGHT A PACKET OF THEIR PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SELECTION, MUCH BETTER THAN HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S OR EVEN THE GREAT INDOORS. THE DOOR WAS SENT WITHIN A WEEK & INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY. WE LOVE THE DOOR & HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT. THERE IS ALSO A LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
