Crew did a great job. Got off to a slow start because the trees were difficult to get to, power lines ran through the trees and working space was tight. The crew was concerned about how to safely proceed, with the dead trees not able to support much weight. Instead of thoughtlessly pushing ahead, they called for additional support, and the owner actually came out to help with the removal strategy. The job still got done in the projected time, without damaging any nearby vegetation or structures, and the crew thoroughly swept up the surrounding areas of the garden and yard. The price was better than the competition, and they really proved that the customer and safety was job #1. I will use them again.

Bailey Tree did an excellent job. They were quick to respond for a free estimate and was able to fit our job in very quickly. The price was better than other quotes I got and the work was exactly what I was looking for. Scott even made us aware of a problem one of our trees is having so that we can treat it in time to save it. I would highly recommend this company.

We had trees and bushes that were hitting the house. They removed all the tree limbs and disposed of them. The service was quick, on time and professional. We will use them again when the need arises.

Very well from first call to finish of the job. They returned all my calls and were able to move up the date for the work by two weeks. On the day of the job a manager and the owner came to property to discuss the trimming rationale and to make sure we were in agreement. The thinning of a large cottonwood's branches went well with no damage to the roof underneath and thorough clean-up. A very professional team across the board.

Steve responded promptly to all my calls, questions and concerns.  Due to the weather we needed to reschedule the trimming a couple of times.  It actually worked out well because I was home when the team arrived to trim the tree.  It gave me an opportunity to talk with Eric about what I needed done and to discuss my concerns about the branches pulling on the electrical wires.  Eric was very knowledgeable.  The team worked well together.  They even moved everything out of the way of the tree and returned it all when they finished.  They did a great job of clean up as well.  I would definately use Bailey Tree Services again.

The crew arrived promptly at 9:00 AM and one tree trimmer was assigned to trim our tree.  The remaining crew trimmed two large trees on the neighbor's property.  The crew chief, Rob Bailey, is an arborist and he and the person doing the trimming explained just how the job would be done and he verified the price before starting.  Since this tree is partially over the house, it was very important for me to understand how trimming would keep a tree branch from breaking and falling on the roof.  He was able to put my fears to rest.  The end result of the tree trimming is all I could have hoped for.  Many small branches were cut from very large branches, but the shape of the tree was not compromised at all.  They also did a great job on the neighbor's trees. 

I got two quotes and not only were they half the price of the other guys, they would also do it half the time. They were very professional. They helped us the whole time and worked with us. All in all, it was very good.
