The project took significantly longer than expected, even taking into account the weather. The workmanship was not very professional and they did not think ahead when installing the posts as one line of the fence was not in the right place. They tried to move it a little but we will have to remove the entire line and start again. They used excessive concrete which will have to be chipped away just to make it look right. We finally decided to finish the project ourselves. We are also very unhappy that they didn't haul away a large pile of old lumber and scraps which was part of the contract. We definately lost sleep over this project!

Installed a beautiful rock waterfall to my specifications. I love it!

Good customer service. Contacted me the day of the project to let me know it would need to be postponed a few days due to seasonal illness. Contacted me promptly the next business day to arrange a new project date. Arrived 30 minutes prior to start of scheduled project time of 5PM; conducted business quickly and efficiently; took time to review work completed with me.

Kevin did an excellent job grading our driveway - he and his crew were professional, courteous, hard-working and communicated very well. We have since hired him to build a 2 tier retaining boulder wall and steps. I will use him for any future hardscape projects we might have. I highly recommend him!

I hired autumn leaf for a boulder retaining wall. The wall didn't turn out to be what we originally discussed, but it turned out nice. It seems like autumn leaf does a very good job at building boulder retaining walls. Several things went wrong during the process, but Kevin was excellent at trying to resolve the issues (even after getting paid): * Before we started we discussed where the heavy equipment would be brought in and where the wall would start. Instead of bringing the equipment in from the rear of the house, they brought it in from the front and basically made a new driveway right in front of the house with some sections over 2 ft. of dirt wall. Kevin has agreed to come back and make it look nicer. *To get the equipment in, they needed to take down a few sections of the fence. More sections of the fence were destroyed by falling rocks when they were building the fence. The way they put the fence back together would almost be comical if it wasn't for my dogs always escaping. I ended up fixing some sections myself and Kevin agreed to pay for the materials. He came back and fixed up the rest. * When they cut out the dirt for the retaining wall they didn't support the cement pillars holding the deck and they heaved a about 1/4 of an inch. I think Kevin really wants to do a good job and seems willing to make things right. I wish it could be right the first time, but like I said Kevin is good about coming back to make it right. I found the boulder retaining wall to be fairly pricey per square foot, but I will most likely have him do another one for me because of the quality of the wall.

Kevin is a young business owner with a strong work ethic. He offered landscape design services free of charge prior to earning the work contract. He provided a team that was professional and courteous. He kept us apprised of all work progress and allowed payment in phases to accommodate our budgetary needs. We hope to do more business with Kevin in the future and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing landscaping services.
