I took my 2006 Ford Explorer into this dealership because I was having an issue with my brakes.  I thought it was my front brake that was not working.  I dropped the car off and received a call that I needed to replace my rotors and brake pads in the front of the car and the back also needed new brake linings.  I just had the brakes all redone (rotors, linings, etc) in June 2012 and didn't understand why they needed to be replaced again so  soon.  The service person told me that in Colorado brakes fail sooner than they do elsewhere and likely my driving style contributed to it.  I just moved to Colorado on September 1st and couldn't understand why brakes would fail after moving here three months ago.  She then proceeded to criticize my dealer in Minnesota for putting on "after market" parts (which my MN dealer denied).  I had a long term relationship with the dealer in MN and told the rep about my relationship which was based on trust and respect.  I felt like the rep didn't listen to me when I said that I just moved here and was "trashing" my Ford dealer in MN.  Also, I repeatedly asked why the brakes were only replaced once in the 7 years I have owned it (I bought it new in 2006)This was unprofessional, in my opinion.  I told her not to do the work.  We picked up the car and took it to a different service center.  The front and rear rotors were fine.  There was some wear on them but replacement wasn't necessary.  What was done instead was a brake flush and replacement of fluid (significantly cheaper than purchasing new rotors and linings).  While the flush was being done, it became apparent that the calipers on my rear brakes were broken and needed replacement.  At the end of the day, the total bill was a little over $300 compared to the $1000 plus that Courtesy Ford was going to charge me.  My brakes are working perfectly and I am pleased with the service I got elsewhere.  I will not take my car to this provider again.  And, I intend to contact the Ford Regional Service manager to report my dissatisfaction with the service at this dealership.

I have used this Ford dealership numerous times for service work and have always been satisfied.  They are probably not the cheapest, but the work has always been done correctly and generally on time.  I plan to use them in the future if the need arises.

The car was under warrantee. They were great and I worked with the Fleet department, so I bought the car through Fleet and they tend to pay more attention to their Fleet customers, it seems like. So I felt like they got me in and out right away and they were professional and courteous, and had no issues. A Fleet customer don't go in through the showroom door, it's kind of a business thing. You go to the Fleet department and you do one of the car buying programs. They show you what they will sell it for and if you want to pay that, you buy it and if you don't want to pay that, you don't buy it. I was happy with their service.

Probably the laziest shop I've ever been to. I went in for both an oil change and evaluation/repair of an issue I had with the steering wheel radio controls. 2 hours later (for what was quoted as a 1 hr oil change), after I was the ONLY person waiting on a vehicle, I finally get it back. The service desk rep Nick explains that even though it doesn't work right, its likely a design flaw from Ford. I ask him what he did to diagnose it, he explained that they just pushed the button a couple of times. WOW, like I hadn't done that
already before bringing it in! I've talked to other Ford owners with the same feature, they don't have the issue, so it really is isolated to my car. What I really needed was the steering wheel taken apart and the switch evaluated for bad contacts like I suspected and replaced. I drive 2 hours a day, it would be nice if the radio actually worked correctly especially considering its a 2013 vehicle. If you're not going to honor the warranty, fine, just let me know what your shop fees are and I'll pay them. I still need to get it fixed, but lesson learned. Find another shop!

They were nice. We took it on a Thursday, Friday they hadn’t looked at it, were closed on the weekend, and finally on Monday they were able to look at it.  If we had known this we would have gone somewhere else. They even charged us $50.00 for an oil disposal charge. We will never go back.

Go Courtesy Ford had a used Volvo I was interested in, so I took the car to my own mechanic to check it out.  There were many things wrong with it, the biggest being that the All Wheel Drive was not working at all -- a $2500 repair on that car, plus another $1000 for other things as well. When I took the information back to Courtesy Ford, they made a copy of everything I had listed that needed repairing and said they would have their mechanic look it over.
Later they called and said there's absolutely nothing wrong with the car.  I totally trust my own mechanic whom I've worked with for 20 years, so I felt there was a mistake and asked to speak with the Courtesy Ford mechanic that looked over the car.  I wanted to ask him specifically which tests he'd run on the things I'd listed as needing repairs.  So I was told the mechanic would call me, which he never did.  When I called once again and asked to speak with their mechanic, I was told that the manager wouldn't allow his mechanic to speak with me.
If my own mechanic was accurate in his assessment (which I trusted), that means that Courtesy Ford's mechanic was either incompetent, or lying, or the manager wouldn't let him give out the true information.
I obviously didn't buy the car, and won't deal with them in the future.

We have new cars. I also purchased two vehicles from them. I take my car here just because it is under warranty. They are very professional and courteous. It doesn't cost me anything. They have done all the warranty work for my two vehicles. I do work for Ford, but I don't work at the dealership. I get a discount because I work for Ford. My price is really good. Their quality is very good. My vehicle is always ready when they say it will be.

When times are good, the service was honest, but the quality was average. I had a heater hose blow out soon after the dealership had replaced it. When times are bad, the service is dishonest. I brought the truck in because I noticed that oil was leaking from the drive train. I watch for leaks everyday and within two days of noticing it, I brought the truck in for service. The sales service desk attendant had the audacity to inform me that it had been leaking for some time and that $1,000 of work and parts would be required to fix it. The service sales guy was just trying to run up the bill. I searched the Internet for answers and founds on the Edmonds.com Service Web Site that the total repair and parts should cost around $250 for parts and labor. I immediately picked up the truck and brought it to Pep Boys. Pep Boys attempted to run up the bill too, but I limited the service to replacing the seals and oil in the drive train. Pep Boys charged $430 which was almost double what should have been charged, but was still half the price of the Ford Dealership.

The people seemed very nice and courteous. However, they said that I needed things that I really didn't. I felt very uncomfortable and like they took advantage of me. I was expecting to pay less based on the estimate.
