Ben came on a Sunday, which was a wonderful convenience for a working couple. After a few hours, however, the problem wasn't fixed. Cables, splitters and boosters were all suspect. Our cabling set-up was a true nightmare. He planned to come back the next Sunday. After four visits, including an all-afternoon recabling session, the problem was solved.
