They have been excellent and I have had great customer experience.  It’s the right place to ask your questions and they direct you correctly.  They are very knowledgeable and I have never felt any sales pressure.  They were very honest and they are respectful about your understanding, with things like update or repair. Their customer service will feel like getting you back there and they have been helpful with the upgrade.  Their price is a bit high, but I will still continue to use them in future.

Their service is always excellent.  I didn’t spend anything on the service.  I obviously liked the fact that the problem was solved.  They solved the problem expeditiously.  They were able to find it and solve it quickly.  That’s what anyone would look for.  Their customer service is absolutely great.  In fact I’ve used their business insurances as well and the people are top notch in getting the right solutions, and getting the equipment set up and delivered.  Everything about it is great.  I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

They were extremely knowledgeable in their products. I have taken advantage in their one to one program. They were able to anticipate things that I might want to ask or know. They are always able to answer my questions.
