My new home had a gas fire place and was pre wired for a fireplace blower. After going to many places, calling many places, I came across this company. They had my blower, as I learned many companies did not even have to order, and for a great price, installation included! Within a week they came and installed my blower. Now I am all set for the winter season.

Set up our appointment (Tom, the owner, schedules them all himself) and he arrived several days later, right on time. Repaired, cleaned, and checked the operation of our gas fireplace, explaining everything he was doing and checking for understanding the whole time. Clearly he is very knowledgeable, responsible, and very focused on customer service and satisfaction.

They were horrible! They seemed to do good install work, but when questioned why his bill was so much more than his estimate, he went postal, swore at me, called me names, and left! Then he sent me a certified letter demanding an additional $900. He is SCARY!
