Ali's Cleaning Service

It was pretty unsatisfactory. The job wasn't really completed. They were very responsive. Their customer service wasn't very good. It was so bad. It was a bad experience. They came over and primarily misunderstanding for what we had asked, and what we had wanted. We asked for a move in cleaning. We are paying accordingly. The did more like a housecleaning. When we moved in, there were sticky stuff that was left in the cupboards, still spider webs in the hallways, smudges. I thought maybe they were just stains, and couldn't get them out. I was able to get them out with water and a rag. I was just bummed with the quality of the clean. We paid extra for a thorough cleaning. I talked to them about cleaning the window seals, and do a really good job. We tried to resolve and sent pictures of our concerns. They rescheduled, but they arrived a few hours before our scheduled time. I work and I wasn't home. It wasn't on our scheduled time. Her customer service wasn't great.She was just unprofessional when were trying to resolve all that. I was really surprise and disappointed. Hopefully it was just unusual and a different situation.

Once they reached home, the crew quoted $300. The house was cleaned a month back by a pro from handy and the refrigerator was brand new. They don't even know what deep clean is. They didn't clean anything properly. There was dog hairs in the kitchen floor - they didn't even care to vacuum. I had some work and had to go out and trusted the crew will do the job. By the time I came back in 3.5 hours, the crew had left the home without properly cleaning. Ali demanded the money over chat for the work left incomplete and threatened to take legal action for non payment. Such a poor and cheap company it is. I eventually paid the amount next day. I ended up vacuuming the home my self. Pathetic crew and owner. Will never hire again. Attaching few pictures of the "deep cleaned home".

I am beyond happy. The ladies came right on time and got right to work. Everything looks so good I almost don't want to touch anything to mess it up. They were both very professional, hard-working, and detail oriented. I will absolutely hire them again. Great work!

Ali's team did a great job of cleaning our home. We were very impressed with how well everything turned out. Ali is always quick to return messages, too, which I appreciated. The price was reasonable.

I was looking for a new clean service and Ali responded to my request. The crew did an excellent job. They were on time and professional. Could find very little that they missed.

Probably would have chosen them over the other service we tried except for three reasons. 1) The owner told me she always comes out on the first cleaning to assess the job. That did not happen she just sent a crew. 2) The crew got lost (we live in the country) and they attempted to contact her (since she had not given them our phone number) and she was unavailable. Had I not driven up our road and seen them searching, they never would have found us. 3) Owner never called back to ask what we thought of the service or to ask for our business.

So, good job cleaning but I guess you better be happy with no communication with the owner.

I was very pleased with the work done by Ali's Cleaning Service. When first contacting Ali for a quote, I received a quick response and very reasonable estimate. The staff did an excellent job, paying attention to the small details so many other cleaning services miss. I would not hesitate to use this business again. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for fair, reliable and superior service.

Awesome. Today was our first visit and they did a great job. They were very thorough.

She does a very good job. She is very courteous when they are there. They are very trustworthy, so I can leave them there with out me there watching them.
