This bed has been really good. I am very pleased. My wife is ecstatic. It is way better than the other mattress we had. The fact that I haven't had to call them for any reason is a positive. The pre-sale service was smooth. Their price was better than the competition. I spent an hour on the phone with them and they answered every question I had before the purchase was made.
