 + 0 moreMy wife and I think that the sales associate, Brian Powell, glossed over how difficult this installation would be and the amount of time it would take. The tub works fine and after I do the finish carpentry and repaint the bathroom it will look good, but my wife and I are very unhappy with the shabbiness of the follow through carpentry and the fact that the "Customer Care Team" brushed us off. We think that a company with the good reputation of Jacuzzi would suffer by having a company like Aging in the Home Remodelers install it's products and we would not recommend this company to others.
Description of Work: After buying the walk-in-tub + enclosure and paying 1/3 down, the "Customer Care Team" called to set up a date for installation. The installers arrived at 9:00 AM and worked until approximately 7:00 PM. We questioned the quality of the enclosure installation and some of the finish carpentry but the installer said it was the best he could do. The next day my wife called Rachel, our "go to person" at Jacuzzi, who had the installer return the following day to re-work the enclosure joints and dry wall. The work was still not done to our satisfaction and repeated calls to Rachel were not returned. The last time I called, I was told that Rachel's number was no longer in service.
