In April 2021, we had a large silver maple split in half, with a large branch landing on our roof. The tree company that removed it quickly looked at the roof and said no need to file a claim, since the branch didn’t go all the way through. Fast forward to June 2021, we decided to have an actual roofer come out and look at it. We came across ACR and Peter came out. He was able to see the branch had gone all the way through, as well as extensive hail damage. We were getting ready to put our house on the market, so we knew we needed to get it resolved. We filed a claim and our insurance company quoted us $900 to fix the patch. Peter was very knowledgeable and knew that the shingle we had up there was no longer in production, so a simple patch job wouldn’t work. He and Tom fought tooth and nail for us to get the entire roof replaced! After going back and forth with our insurance company for months, who refused to pay the entire amount, Tom personally called me and the company ate the $1,000 that insurance wouldn’t pay. I was blown away with the professionalism, kindness, and care of the company. They got the entire room and front gutters replaced within a couple of days and were some of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. I would not only recommend them, but will never go with another roofing company again!

Tom Kraus was just great to work with. He thought of things that we didn’t. We had damage to some window screens that we had not noticed and which he took care of. He kept all appointments. The work was done on time and efficiently. ACR’s professionalism is excellent. I’d hire them again with no reservations.

Advanced Construction Roofing is my number one recommendation. I have been a Real Estate Broker for close to 30 years, and worked with many roofers. This company, by far, is the most responsive and professional company I have worked with. Their communication is stellar and they do excellent work. I was also on the Board of my HOA and Tom spent hours helping me sort through damage to our clubhouse and common facilities. They were very helpful meeting with the insurance adjusters on all of the above projects. You won't regret hiring these guys.

When we were selling our home a few years ago the inspector found that we had hail damage so the buyer's lender required a new roof to move forward with the sell. The buyer's real estate agent recommended Tom, the owner of Advanced Construction Roofing, based on great previous experiences and knowing him personally and I'm so glad we decided to use him. We had a tight timeline to get the roof replaced so it didn't delay the closing and Tom made sure the job was completed on time and the job was done right and passed inspection. After we bought our new house I hired Tom again to install additional roof vents because there weren't enough for adequate ventilation and again he was super responsive and did a great job. I highly recommend Tom and Advanced Construction Roofing for all of your roofing needs. He's a great guy and does a great job.

It was a great experience working with Tom and his crew. He was recommended to me by a trusted friend so the fact that his was a new business at the time, wasn't an issue for me. He helped me redistribute the insurance money so that I had enough to upgrade to impact resistant shingles, and still have $$ leftover to pay to have the 4th side of the house painted - which insurance was not going to cover. A neighbor has since used them on my referral and she was also very happy with the work and the company.

I am a retired remodeling contractor and I know the importance of good communication and planning. I was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail provided by Tom Krause and his site foremen John. They worked with the insurance co. to make sure all the details were covered under the hail damage claim, including the gutters. A year later we hired them to roof an addition and once again the performed with excellent results. I would recommend them to anyone requiring roofing.

they came and looked at the roof...definitely needed to be replaced. Volunteered to come and meet with insurance guy and worked closely with them so all I needed to do was pay. Anything I saw that I had concerns with, they addressed immediately. Truly made the whole experience easy for me. Thanks guys.

Tom and his team are the most professional group! Even when we haven't been able to use their services due to HOA restrictions, they have still provided their opinion and spent time to come look at our home to make sure everything was being handled accordingly. I'd recommend them to anyone!

The roof was nice, the materials was top of the line, and lets you chose, explains to you different options, and the roof is really really nicely done. The timing they made was within the timeframe that they said they would start and finish the job.
