Our Odyssey van need a new timing belt. I knew this would be a high cost. I got 4 different quotes.  I felt like they charged a fair price. It was lower than most places that I called. Great experience. A very nice manager. They provided me a free rental and my van was in and out in one day.

The initial phone contact was professional and helpful. Availability of an appointment was quick. The car was ready prior to the promised time. I wasn't entirely sure from our debriefing conversation if they had checked the actual performance of the original thermostat, but since it had stayed overnight, it was easy for them and for me to confirm that the new part had fixed the complaint. I don't have a good read on the "value" of my visit, but I am more than willing to return and see how any new estimates and work shake out and strike me from a pricing standpoint.

I have been using him for five years. He has worked on three cars of mine. He is very honest, very straightforward, and very reliable. He provides excellent service and I use him all the time. He confirmed that I was being misled by my local auto mechanic. He did some little work and took care of the issue. He tells me when I don?t need any work done on my car. He charges $20 less than most people in downtown Denver. He usually does work on some parts, does oil change and other minor maintenance work. He is very reasonably priced, but is also pretty far away. I have to drive many miles to get there. I once had to do a timing belt replacement of an old Honda of mine. I would recommend Accurate Auto Specialists to anybody.

My front brake pads were worn and needed replaced. He first use Toyota parts middle of the road quality (which is still pretty high). Then the brakes started to squeak, so they put on more expensive pads, without cost to me, and now it works great. They always use parts that the dealers use on their cars. The power steering pump is was making noise, first they filled with better fluid, then with conditioner. It is working great now. He (Dean the owner) could of charged me a lot of money ($660) and replaced the pump. But he felt it was unnecessary at this time. He and his staff have a great knowledge of all cars, no just Hondas.

second 93 Honda Accord they have maintained for me. high quality work - over deliver. don't always force Honda parts unless most appropriate. stand behind their work.

They are Honda and Acura specialists. They are honest and provide a loaner car at no charge if necessary. Dean, Ralph, and crew are fair-minded and I have fair confidence in them.

DEAN AND THE GUYS AT ACCURATE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I DROPPED THE CAR OFF IN THE MORNING AND EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED BY 5PM THE SAME DAY. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE KNOWING THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON MY CAR.
