For the most part they did a great job. They missed a few things that were original discussed in my walk through.

We have used Accent for several years. They always do a very thorough job, and are professional and prompt. They have the key to our house and clean while we are at work. Dennis is very responsive when we have questions are require a reschedule. I highly recommend their services.

This was the third service; we have the house cleaned every other week. The Accent does a spectacular job. They don't use any harsh chemicals, always take care with our belongings, and leave the house shiny and spotless. Highly recommended!

Owner came out and gave estimate, service was rendered early the next week. Sent 3 staff members into house and cleaned. Very satisfied.

They are now threatening me and the police have been called. They have refused to give back the key.

The owner is very nice. He came and talked about my priorities and their techniques. The 2 person team is very punctual and efficient. They are here for exactly 2.5 hours ($125/cleaning or $25/pp per hour). The kitchen and baths are spotless. The carpet is acceptable (often I find dog hair left behind). They will not make beds, which I find frustrating. I've had them for 6 months and the service is consistent week to week. They are also willing to be hired for extra tasks like windows or cleaning the guest room.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE ONLY PROBLEM, SOMETIMES IS THE LANGUAGE BARRIER. SOMETIMES I HAVE THEM COME TWICE A MONTH IF I AM HAVING COMPANY. THE COMPANY IS VERY ACCOMMODATING WHEN I NEED TO DO THAT.
