It's convenient.It was high-quality work and they were able to do it quickly. The communication was good from start to finish.

Insurance covered the cost. Excellent job. Had to go out of their way to find a windshield for my high end brand new car.Windshield was not in manufacturing yet.

I chose ABRA Auto Body and Glass - Littleton, CO because they are a State Farm "concierge" shop and they are close to my home.  Reviews for this shop were scant, but they seemed OK on paper.
My nearly new vehicle suffered extensive hail damage during a NM trip.  There were lots of dents, but none were bigger than "quarter sized" and thus it was a perfect candidate for paintless dent repair (PDR).  There was also damage to exterior mirrors and exterior light covers.
ABRA's customer service was friendly and they worked hard to make sure I was kept informed.  There was one day when the "counter person" was out that I had trouble trying to communicate with them, but overall their customer service was excellent.  On the negative side, ABRA (corporate) provided automated generic e-mails regarding the progress of the repair that were absolutely worthless and I found them a bit annoying as they bore little relationship to what was actually happening with my repair.  Automated generic e-mails do not equal customer service.
The estimate was thorough and well detailed.  The cost seemed reasonable, but I am not qualified to make a good assessment.  My cost was the comprehensive policy deductible for my State Farm policy.
The repair took a little longer than originally projected by ABRA due to the time it took to acquire a few of the parts.  There was also some delay that resulted from ABRA's internal quality control inspection where they found some minor damage to a couple of interior plastic parts caused by the repair which they willingly replaced without any prodding from me.
The most important aspect of my experience with this provider is that the work was excellent.  Frankly I am amazed that my vehicle has been restored to such perfect condition with PDR.  I was particularly pleased at ABRA's quality control.  Their process of inspecting the vehicle to ensure that everything is done right is outstanding.  In a world where so many businesses use "consumer quality control" to complete the design/manufacturing of products, I found this refreshing.

After a minor auto collision, my insurance company recommended Abra in Highlands Ranch as one of the concierge claim centers. I was very impressed with the service. Getting an appointment was easy, they did a good job, and they completed the work quickly. I would recommend them.

I have used them in the past and always pleased with their work. The car comes back beautiful no matter what. They keep me informed of what is going on and call me in the middle to tell me what the progress is. I have a good relationship with them and I get a significant reduction in price. I would continue to go to them in future.

After deciding on using their services (based on best price out of 3 estimates and their Angie's List ratings), I made the appointment. I dropped the car off and they gave me a ride home. It was complete two days later, and they took my payment info over the phone and dropped the car off at my house, so I didn't even have to go pick it up!

Our insurance company recommended Abra Auto Body. They have already done the work on our vehicle, but we aren?t very happy with it. They were very poor at following-up with us. They didn?t fix all damages that our vehicle went in with and it came back with damages which it didn?t go in with. We called them and they apologized. They were pretty responsive about what they did. They assured us that they?d make everything right. So, we are planning to go back to them to fix the work. We?ll continue to use them depending on whether they are able to fix the vehicle properly.

THIS WAS MY 2ND EXPERIENCE WITH ABRA & IT WAS GOOD. I WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY DURING THE REPAIR SO WE MET PRIOR TO MY DEPARTURE & DISCUSSED THE JOB. UPON MY RETURN THE TRUCK WAS FIXED ON TIME & THE PRICE AS WE DISCUSSED.
