AAA Advantage Home Inspections

We found Gordon Egger listed on The NAHI listing of certified home inspectors (also on the Board of Directors.)  He responded to all our inquiries and is very knowledgable in his field and professional in all his dealings with us. The most impressive aspect of working with Gordon is that we were able to speak directly with him and he responded very timely to our all our calls. He understood we are in the process of closing on a home long distance and made us feel comfortable with his years of expertise. After the inspection, we reviewed the results well presented in the .pdf file he provided and then also called to discuss them directly.  The report detailed which areas of the inspection require immediate attention, minor repairs or could be improved upon but not a concern. We're confident his input has helped us make an better informed decision on or home purchase
