We received quotations from three roofing companies and this was the most reasonable. We verified that they're bonded and insured and because of their other reviews, we felt very comfortable giving them our business. They quoted replacement shingles but also offered an upgrade that was only a little more expensive but offers greater resistance to hail damage. That was a nice touch and we accepted. Their crews worked very hard to complete the job quickly. They had to work around weather problems but they even showed up on Saturday and Sunday to keep the job moving. They shared lots of information as the job progressed so we felt completely informed. Every day, they used powerful magnets to comb the yard looking for nails. They also picked up their trash. There was very little left over for us to pick up - just a few tiny scraps. Because we're selling our house and received offers shortly after the roof was completed, the roof was professionally inspected right away. It passed with flying colors. We have a fairly complicated roofline but they properly flashed everywhere. We're very pleased and would definitely use them again.
