A Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning

While they could not reduce the floor noise, they tried everything I could think of. The next step was to to open the floor, but I did not feel it was worth it. They did repair the carpet after stretching it and resewing the seam. They did a fine job and I will hire them again in the future.

The carpet cleaning was probably the best I've ever had. I really liked the owner and other employees. They moved furniture for me after I moved the items that were on top of them. Came at 9am and job was done by noon. Carpets were close to dry when they left. They used great equipment that did not leave the carpets wet after the job was done. The carpet looks amazingly clean. I would recommend them to all of my neighbors. I did not have to replace the carpet that was 10 years old. The amount of time the company has been in business made it an easy decision to work with. They met every expectation I had.

I have been using them for 5 years. Every time they clean my carpets they turn out like new.

The last time that I used them in my home I had them clean the traffic areas in my home.  They arrived as scheduled did the work effectively and were on their way.  Another job well done.

I've been using them for the last three or four years. They also offer tile and grout cleaning and flood restoration and oriental rug care services. I think it's about $100 for them to come out and do "X" number of rooms and if it goes beyond that they charge you an inexpensive hourly rate. They have all kinds of special offers and special ways of helping you to save money. They gave me a $50 discount and they'll also do it if I tell someone about them and that person uses them. They also frequently give you $25 coupons. They're very good and the people that I've recommended them to are very happy with them and have used them again. They also take credit cards.

They are honest and straightforward.  They were able to make an old, high grade carpet look like new again.  They have always done a satisfactory job and we are quite happy with them.  I will continue to use Personal Touch.

They are wonderful. They come out about three times a year and sometimes in between. Our grandchildren sometimes come with their dog and the dog would make mess in the house. That?s when we would want somebody immediately and they are always here. They don?t overcharge. There is another carpet place here which is really bad. Personal Touch also goes by the name Chase. They charge only $75 for a call and that includes the work that they do and that?s for the minimum work. The other company charges about three to four times what Personal Touch charges and they are terrible. They are good at what they do, but they are really bad. However, Personal Touch is not only good at what they do, but they charge reasonable and fair rates. I just cannot say enough good things about them. Their prices are very competitive too. The company is also run by a father and a son.

It went well. They were able to schedule quickly and they cleaned the carpet very thoroughly. It looked great when it was complete.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN DOING THE JOB. THEY RESPONDED TO OUR CALL PROMPTLY AND ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE SPOTS CAME OUT EASILY AND THE COUCH LOOKED MUCH BRIGHTER.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT AND THEY MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
