As a former Civil Engineering (Structural) as well as current Adjunct Engineering Professor, I truly enjoy getting outside and inspecting homes. Some people golf, I inspect houses if they were my own. My dad always said, if you can make your job feel like an interesting and fun hobby then you are doing something right. Home inspection is basically my hobby. Many golfers are madly obsessed with their game and the associated science and techniques that makes them play at the level they desire. I am equally obsessed with the inspection of your potential home. I have studied and continue to study the game of home inspection earning my Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) Certificate from InterNachi and Associate NACHI Certification. With each house I inspect I have the opportunity to refine my inspection techniques improving my ability to give you a very accurate snapshot of the condition of your potential home. The biggest difference between golf and buying a house is: IT TAKES A TEAM TO BUY A HOME.
