I obtained his name from your listing as well as another of your listings. I emailed him the address and asked if he would like to give a bid. The other listing called but never gave a bid or got back to me. Chip sent a bid and we arranged to meet to discuss colors, etc. He gave me an indication of his schedule and when he could start. Weather excepting, everything went smoothly from there. The neighbors are thrilled. In fact one neighbor ended up hiring him to do their trim.
